The second of Rian's Project. Project Metronome takes a more artistic and storytelling approach to Rian's images with each shoot having a topic it focuses on.
#1 Sweater Weather
Through the raw emotions found within the song it's based on. Rian tells the story of a growing relationship. With each stage being shown through a difference in the style of shots. The first being quality but emotionless shots to show the seriousness of the relationship at first, the next stage being show with blurred motion and smiles to show it growing happily and the last stage being an abstract reach at intimacy
#2 Telephones
Following the depressed theme of the song the shoot focuses on the idea of Grief. The images show the slow progression of the devastating reaction of hearing the news and slowly loosing their mind as they become more and more sad with the last shot showing them to begin to accept what happens
